Tyler's first birthday!

Tyler's first birthday was celebrated at home with mommy and daddy and Gracie, and Aunt Kelly and Corey came by to have some cake too! Ty was a hungry one - we made breakfast for dinner and he loved the hash browns - he kept saying "YUMMMMM!!! Mama!!!" (he loves his mama). :)

Gracie was so excited that it was "Tyler's birthday today!" Unfortunately for my photo-taking attempts, she did not want to smile pretty - she is going through a very goofy stage right now - almost every picture with her in it is some kind of wierd face!

However, by the time we got to the cake and singing, Ty was pretty much done with us - he was very tired and past his usual bath time. Plus, when he got to his piece of carrot cake (which he managed to get ALL in his mouth!), he wiped some frosting in his eye :-( He was much happier when I got him in the tub and got him all cleaned up!

June 17 - Tyler's FIRST birthday!!!!!!!!

June 21 - Father's Day; Arlington Race Track festivities!!

June 26 - Matt's 28th birthday!! Also..Matt's first day of summer classes at UIS, so the 4Magi will be in Springfield. Jackie also has a company summer party that evening - Busy much?! We will be in Springfield from June 26 to June 28th!

July 4th - Pat, Dave, Michelle to the Minnesota Ramsden's - Have a great time!!! 4Magi to remain in Aurora :)

July 10th - Matt, Jackie and kids to Springfield this weekend as well...

July 15th - Gracie has a field trip to the Park and a Picnic - Jackie and Matt to chaperone!!!

July 17th - Matt, Jackie and kids to Springfield...last weekend of Matt's summer classes!!!!

July 24th - Dave Hensley birthday! He is finally 45! :)

August 7th - Gracie has a field trip to the Cosley Zoo - Matt and Jackie to chaperone!

August 8th - 4Magi to Springfield...Gracie to leave with Grandma and Grandpa on a trip to Hannibal MO.

August 9th - August 13th: Hannibal MO trip

Here are the babies in the car with a photo-snapping-crazy mommy after picking up Gracie from school and going grocery shopping - hence the multi-colored lei that Gracie conned me into buying (the $1 racks...who knew they could be so addictive!?!) And Ty, cute as ever and looking quite handsome in his fireman-like raincoat.

This is Gracie dressed as the Sesame St. character Prairie Dawn - this was for an activity at school as part of their summer camp... she loved wearing her dress to school!!!


And... Gracie being wierd on Sunday evening, 6/14. She did this face all on her own!!!! and then laughed when she reviewed the pictures later on the camera - "Gracie's funny!" she said!!! hahahahhahaaha!!

Gracie has earned herself the privilege of bathing with Tyler again... but as you see here, she does get a bit irritated with him :) He is starting to fight back though, unfortunately for her!

They do both love this - Gracie had her privileges taken away for 10 days after an incident where she was a little too rough with Tyler in the tub, and neither of them got the same enjoyment out of bathtime as they usually do. Now that they are "back together", the shenanigans continue!

This isn't the best video of him crawling (he does it much better!) but this is all i could get so far - he gets a bit camera shy! but, this is the budding sibling relationship - aren't they cute!?!? Taken Sunday evening, 6/14/09...
